I sauntered up the coast on a cushion of air from Tilba to arrive at Broulee and meet my beautiful clients, Kaine and Srijana on their Wedding Day. With nothing but positivity I knew I was in for a good day. Kaine had described to me a Wedding that would be intimate with a small number of family and friends to share in this deep loving connection they share.
From the reserve at North Broulee beach where the Ceremony was (a location that couldn’t be more gorgeous) we headed back a couple of hundred metres from the beach to their place where so much work had gone into creating this setting of luminescent accents lit up amongst trees, and marquees and the back deck. There was a fire pit - how can you go past that. With a truck that rocks up to front gate with a team dedicated to making pizza there and then - that’s how you beat it!
I was transfixed by the depth of respect and caring Kaine and Srijana held each other in. The end of autumn light got me too. Let alone how nice everyone was to me - treating me like family. I truly could not be more enamoured by this whole experience. And I know my personal perspective was felt throughout. No doubt still is. And for me, always will be a marker at Broulee for what true love means.
So much love and gratitude to you guys Kaine and Srijana - and to your lovely family for having me along.
Love and Peace - Dean aka CloudFace
