After sitting with these photographs (and the 700 or so more) for the last week or so, I’m marvelling even more than I did on Lauren and Alex’s Wedding Day, as to how much of an incredible couple they make!! God it’s no wonder a beautiful little bub decided to enter the world and claim them as parents. These guys are just so close! Alex was nervous as hell just prior to his Ceremony, although he still presented himself as anything but. It was only his honesty that gave it away. And Lauren was all smiles, fun and games, and cruising. At that stage I didn’t know them for a bar of soap.
Eight hours later, through countless hugs and kisses, heartfelt vows, and a thousand belly laughs, I’d got to know these two gems a lot more. And what stands out above all is how extremely compatable they are. Not because they’re anything alike in many ways, but because they’re so obviously connected like glue to each other. There’s this joyous, sexy, respectful bind that had them metaphysically intwined in my eyes beyond the easy lovin’ cuddles. I solute these two as another beautiful example of a relationship that shines out to us all how good couples can be.
A shout out to Kianinny Bush Cottages and their warm hearted and super helpful staff - this place proved to be an awesome South Coast Wedding Venue that I can’t recommend highly enough.
I had so much fun watching Lauren and Alex get hitched, and getting to do what I love doing (being a Photographer that is). To be able to laugh that much, have my heart warmed that much, to play with my cameras and take photographs of beautiful people - how could ‘work’ get any better!
My warmest congrats to these two beauties.
With Love and Gratitude,
